IMPORTANT: PicDB does not own any uploaded content - we only provide the software platform
All content ownership remains with the uploader
We are not responsible for the content uploaded by users

Request Image Removal: Users can request account deletion, which removes all associated data unless required by law.
Content Issues: If any uploaded content violates rights or laws, contact us immediately at support@arkynox.com for swift removal. Due to anonymous nature of our platform, user tracing may be challenging.

7. Data Retention

Your uploaded images and personal data remain stored as long as your account is active.
If you delete an image, we permanently remove it from our systems within 30 days.
If you delete your account, we erase all associated data unless required for legal or security purposes.
All data which has been reported will be removed effectively, but a copy will be retailed for legal purposes.

8. International Data Transfers

PicDB operates globally, but based out of India. By using our Services, you agree that your data may be stored and processed in countries where our servers or partners or service providers are located. We ensure compliance with applicable "data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)." If you have questions or concerns about data, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If any major changes impact your rights, we will notify you via email or through our app. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated policy.
